Jigsaw Homes has achieved a 2 Star Best Companies accreditation which showcases ‘outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement.
This is the second highest standard awarded by employee engagement specialists Best Companies which delivers accurate data, insights and helps organisations make positive change.
A 2 star accreditation represents organisations striving for the top with a BCI score of at least 696.5 out of 1000.
Jigsaw also ranked number three in the best Housing Associations to work for, and third for best companies in the East Midlands according to the latest results. It also placed 14th in the whole of the North West and 23rd in the ‘large’ company category when rated among other companies who have completed the survey in Quarter 1.
More than 60% of Jigsaw’s colleagues took part in Best Companies ‘b-heard’ survey which measures how they feel about working for the organisation as well as giving feedback on things that could be done to drive change and improvement.
76% of employees agreed ‘I love working for this organisation’ and 74% of staff agreed ‘this organisation has a strong social conscience.’
Michelle Grundy, Operations Director – People said: “We are proud to have achieved this 2 star accreditation which recognises our hard work to engage with employees. Our colleagues work hard to regenerate neighbourhoods, build stronger communities and provide essential support services often going beyond delivering and maintaining thousands of homes, to ensure we build lives for both our employees and residents. ”
