Our neighbourhood service consists of the following three teams:
- Lettings & Tenancy. Dealing with anything relating to tenancies and neighbourhood management that cannot be resolved by Connect at the first point of contact.
- Neighbourhood Engagement. Dealing with neighbourhood plans, Jigsaw Rewards, Jigsaw Foundation, scrutiny, and resident involvement.
- Neighbourhood Safety. Managing anti-social behaviour, enforcement and prevention, perpetrator support, and safeguarding.
Jigsaw has already made positive steps towards empowering tenants and the engagement team will continue to work with residents through Jigsaw Rewards, our initiative that enables residents to give us regular feedback on our services and plans for the future in return for points which can be exchanged for gift vouchers or credits on their rent account. Jigsaw Foundation, is our £500,000 fund that helps support local projects run by charities, resident and community groups, voluntary organisations, social enterprises and partner agencies.
