Overview
The Renaissance Consortium is a partnership specially set up to deliver the Miles Platting PFI project. In 2007, the partnership formed a company to contract with Manchester City Council to deliver a thirty year PFI project in Miles Platting.
The consortium consists of HICL and Equitix.

National Fraud Initiative (NFI)
Manchester City Council is committed to combating fraud and has a duty to protect the public funds it administers.
The primary objective of the council’s Counter Fraud and Irregularity strategy is to ensure the prevention of fraud and corrupt acts and to ensure that any instances of these are investigated and dealt with effectively.
It may also share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
