Social Housing Survey – You May Be Contacted

The Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) is conducting a survey to gather information about how landlords are currently performing.

You may be contacted to take part in this survey by email or telephone from 21 March 2022.

This follows on from the Social Housing White Paper (SHWP) which set out actions the Government will take to make sure social housing tenants are safe, are listened to, live in good quality homes and have access to redress when things go wrong.

The survey is being done by IFF Research on behalf of DLUHC and they will select tenants across England at random to find out how people feel about their homes and landlords.

It will cover key themes such as making sure properties are in good repair, maintaining building safety, respectful and helpful engagement, responsible neighbourhood management, and effective handling of complaints.

Any answers will be kept completely anonymous and will be reported in a way that makes sure you won’t be identified.

If you are contacted to take part, all calls and emails should explain upfront that this survey is being led by IFF Research on behalf of DLUHC.

However, if you are not sure as to whether an e-mail or a call is legitimate you can get in touch with us on 0300 111 1133 or 0300 011 1144.
